You know how after you've been playing the game for quite a while you'll notice that some map musics sound very similar? Like Bright Crucible and Dark Crucible, Guardian of ice to the Castle of grief to the hidden song Chap_2r, Seven portals to dragon chapel, etc.... The only other game I know of that did this was Earthbound (mother 2), and I think it's kind of a cool thing. and I... well, I just felt like making a topic about it that's all.

I know Hexen II recycled some of both Hexen and Heretic scores on the audio tracks

I think it's a nice detail too.

just noticed that wasteland and desolate garden are the same too. How come Darkmere and Caves of circe and shadow wood dont have remixes???

Shadow Wood has the exact same piece of music as the Effluvium (the only such case in all Hexen).

Not true: the loading screen and the second ending screen (that shows the picture of the chaos sphere up close) both use the same song.

I thought the fire guardian/gibbet, ice guardian/orchard of lamentations and dark crucible/seven portals had the exact same music as well

No it's not - if you use CD Audio, many maps have same music as there are only like 15-20 tracks on the CD. However, if you use MIDI there is only the two songs repeated that we discussed two years ago.
