OK anyone who (still) has probs with uploading to / downloading from Koraxdev by FTP should post here anew so that I have a better overview of what I need to check. Same'll go for the File Manager once I install it again (will post here once that happens).

I still have a serious prob at uploading files for koraxdev by FTP. When I upload an image file, no matter the format, size or number of color (although, somehow bigger files usually get less distorted, and JPG files get a LOT distorted), the image will get corrupted. I also have problems at uploading .ZIP files, since they also get corrupted, and won't be opened by Winzip (I tried it a number of times with healthy files and the uploaded version would always get corrupted). "Edit": I took the distorted images away, since the prob has been solved and the would just take needed space. <!-- s;) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" title="Wink" /><!-- s;) -->

Try to manually set your command-line FTP to upload in binary mode (maybe it automatically does in ASCII, hence the corruption).

And how can I do that?

You have probs with FTP and are in need of aid? Dial 007 and Bin Laden will set everything straight!
