Forgive me for being a noob to the world of mods and stuff, i'm a console gamer and so PC games are kinda new to me. How in the world do i get the MD2 files to work on my game? i put them all in the folder and they're still sprites in the game.

If you mean the MD2 files included with the Korax Mod distributions, they should work out of the box without anything else. If you mean downloading the MD2 files meant for Doomsday 1.x and copying them to KMOD, that will never work because of compatibility issues.
