I downloaded Carnage Galore 3 but can't get it to work then I run fury.bat I get the error: W_GetNumForName: SPINBKO not found! Can anyone help?

That's odd. Deusf merges furydata.wad into the main iwad. The only ones I've seen have this problem are those with Windows XP, but not everyone using Windows XP seems to have this problem. Unfortunately, I don't know very much about that system.

Try this: First, go to DOS mode and then go to the directory where you unzipped all the files. Then type 'deusf -merge furydata.wad'. Then type 'jfury'. Now, you don't have the jfury.bat file right now, but I put it on the site, so you can get it here. Just unzip it and put it in the same directory. Hopefully, that should work.

I see the problem. Your hexen.wad is read-only. Before you can get it to work, you have to turn that off, either by going into the DOS directory and type -attrib -r hexen.wad, or by going into Windows Explorer. Then right click on hexen.wad file, select Properties, and shut it off that way.

Actually there's no need to merge it. I added furydata.wad with -file option and everything worked just fine.

I did think of that but didn't bother trying cause when I did it for CG2 it crashed after a min or so. Its all done and finished and I didn't like the 5 blood liches on one of the normal hexen levels.

There's only 3 in there, 2 on the easier settings. Also, did you get to the secret map?

Yes, that's the secret map. There's a bunch of enemies down there that aren't anywhere else in the episode. Real nasty ones, too.

Took me a while to get the rusty key. My little bro did play the secret level but used casper to get to it. (I don't think hes ever compleated a game without cheating) I know what you meen by nasty I hate those Magic Centaur that shoot fire across the ground. Now thats all done I can get bac to programming and other stuff that I do.

Those and those Chaos Mutants (brown Chaos Serpents) that can spew a toxic, poisonous breath at you.
