Hmm...I usd deusf to merge ichor.wad into Hexen...but with no success then I tried to restore and it had a problem.
I_Error says:

BTW you don't have to merge it, I've successfully run CG3 by specifying the necessary wadfiles as -file argument.

You're merging ichor.wad? No wonder you're having problems. That's for Heretic, not Hexen.
